Loan Web is not a direct lender. They are a link between consumers and lenders. Loan Web does not state how many times your information is distributed to Brokers. This is a concern as the potential is there for many inquiries on the credit. The Better Business Bureau gives this company a AAA rating. They do have complaints but have addressed them in a way that is satisfactory to the BBB.

Loan Webs site is clean and easy to navigate. They do NOT offer online chat but have an easy email form for questions.
